Our Design Process

01. Complimentary Discovery Call

Every project starts with a quick video call so we can get to know you, your space, and what’s not working. We’ll walk you through our process, talk goals, timelines, and make sure we’re the right fit before moving forward.

02. In-Home Consultation

Next, we meet on site to review your space in person. This is where we evaluate layout, architectural details, materials, and overall functionality — and begin outlining the direction for your project.

03. Concept Development

Using your feedback and the home’s architecture as our guide, we begin building out the overall design concept. You’ll receive a customized digital board for each space within our scope so we can get aligned on the look and feel before diving into the details.

At this stage, we begin preliminary selections for:

Hard finishes
Lighting
Wall treatments
Furnishings
Fabrics + materials
Decorative elements

04. Space Planning

Once a direction is approved, we develop 2D floor plans to optimize layout, flow,

and functionality within each space.

05. Elevations

Detailed elevation drawings allow us to refine millwork, wall treatments, built-ins, and finish placement — ensuring everything is considered before ordering or construction begins.

06. 3D Renderings

We bring your design to life through photorealistic renderings so you can fully visualize the finished space. Revisions are made as needed to ensure every material and finish feels right.

07. Final Design Package

Once approved, we finalize all material and furnishing specifications and prepare detailed documentation for our internal team, contractors, and trades.

08. Procurement

We handle all ordering, tracking, and logistics — making sure every item arrives as specified and on schedule.

09. Project Coordination

As items are received, we coordinate delivery, storage, and installation while maintaining communication with contractors and vendors to ensure everything is executed according to plan.

10. Installation + Styling

Furniture, finishes, and decor are installed and styled to complete the space — transforming the design from concept to reality.

11. Final Walkthrough

We conduct a final site visit to review all details and address any remaining items before project closeout.
