Design Clarity Session

3 hours | $450-Designed for one primary space.

Includes:

  • Client vision clarification and design direction

  • High-level finish and material guidance

  • Initial palette and paint direction

  • Concept/mood of overall feeling and direction of the space

  • Summary of recommendations for contractor pricing. Includes a written design brief outlining recommended finish level, fixture style, and key upgrade considerations to guide contractor pricing.

**This package provides design direction and framework ONLY and does not include final selections or specifications.

Defined project areas will be confirmed prior to starting services.

Pricing Plan 2

Finish & Fixture Selection

$3500+

For one defined primary space

This package moves projects from direction to decision.

Includes:

  • Two client design meetings to finalize design direction

  • Detailed finish and fixture selections for the defined scope (kitchen, bath, or specific areas)

    • Flooring

    • Tile

    • Countertops

    • Cabinet finish direction

    • Plumbing fixtures

    • Decorative lighting

    • Paint colors

  • Vendor and product sourcing aligned with project budget

  • Contractor-ready documentation, including:

    • Selection summaries

    • Product links and specs

  • One round of revisions

    Additional areas require added hours or a package upgrade.

Does NOT include:

  • Ordering or procurement

  • Scheduling or trade coordination

  • Additional revision rounds

  • Construction drawings, floor plans and elevations***

Ideal for: Kitchens, bathrooms, or focused remodels where selections need to be finalized efficiently.

Design + Procurement Support

$7500+

For contractors who want design and selections fully handled through ordering.

Include:

  • Everything in Package 2, plus:

  • Full selection completion across all defined areas

  • Procurement and ordering support, including:

    • Vendor coordination

    • Order tracking and confirmation

  • Ongoing client design support during the selection and installation phase

  • Design oversight to maintain consistency through procurement

  • Priority communication with contractor

Does NOT include:

  • Construction management or site supervision

  • Scheduling or trade coordination

Ideal for: Full remodels and new construction where minimizing contractor involvement in selections is a priority.
